Frequently Asked Questions & Information
We are an exclusive private studio bakery
This means we process and prepare items in a private kitchen, which is not state inspected. I do follow the guidelines of the county health department and state regulations. This also means my products are not for resale.

Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, cake tastings are fun and allow for you to try our delicious flavors before making your purchase. We offer over 30 flavors and its hard to chose just one, so we offer you 4 flavors for $75, you can add on an additional flavor for $5 more. Once you decide your flavors we can meet at your home, business, or a local coffee shop and go over everything for your event. You can have up to 4 people for your tasting if you want to bring along a friend.

Your cupcakes are cold when we purchase them. Why is that?
We take food safety very seriously! We use real ingredients in all of our cupcakes and cakes. They are scratch made so there are no preservatives, shelf stabilizers or artificial flavors. We use dairy and fruit in our fillings and frostings. Our cupcakes remain in our refrigerator to insure you are getting a safe-to-eat product. After purchasing your cupcake(s), we suggest that you allow them to sit at room temperature (away from direct heat or sunlight) for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on weather) to allow your cupcake to also come to room temperature! This way you will be enjoying your cake, filling and frosting in its ideal state!
How much time in advance do you need to place an order?
We can generally accommodate small orders, like daily store items with 24 hours notice. Larger cupcakes orders can be filled generally with 48 hours notice.
Store cakes can sometimes be made within 48 hours but it does depend on the number of orders we have, especially around the holidays.
Custom cakes, cookies, cake pops, cupcakes or larger store cakes should be ordered at least 10-14 days in advance. We highly suggest placing your order as soon as you know the details of your event.
Do I need to pay for my items up front?
All orders require a deposit of 1/2 the cost of the total order to get on my calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the date of your event. Any items ordered less than 30 days need to be paid in full.
Purchase Policy & Refunds
Orders that are canceled (in writing) 30 days prior to an event are given a store credit that can be used within a year, minus the deposit. We do not give cash refunds.
If you place a wedding order and you cancel prior to 30 days, your deposit will be transferred to another date, but if you cancel 30 days or less than, the total amount will be forfeited. It is extremely hard and rare that at such a late notice can be booked again for this date. Each situation is different and it is up to the owner to decide such factors.
Are there additional charges?
Delivery Fee: This is a standard drop-off. This is a flat rate (or mileage-based charge) that covers the logistics of getting the cake to your location. It accounts for current fuel surcharges and vehicle wear.
Setup & Delivery Fee: Unlike a standard drop-off, this fee covers the manual labor of "white-glove" service. Our team will handle the heavy lifting, assembly, and aesthetic placement of all items according to your floor plan.
Service Fee: This is not a gratuity. This fee covers the behind-the-scenes costs of executing your request, including liability insurance, specialized equipment cleaning, and the administrative time spent planning your specific project.
